1. Program Overview

Shilo Star KFT operates an affiliate network that connects quality traffic providers (Affiliates) with advertisers. As an Affiliate, you provide traffic to our network. We monetize/resell that traffic and pay you a revenue share based on the value generated.

You are eligible for a revenue share of 50%–80% of the net revenue we receive from reselling or monetizing the traffic you provide. The exact percentage is determined by:

– Traffic volume

– Traffic quality and performance

– Industry/vertical

– GEO coverage

– Other factors agreed upon with your dedicated Affiliate Manager

The specific revenue-share rate applicable to your traffic will be communicated to you in writing (email or dashboard) before or upon activation of your campaigns.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

You must have the legal right and authority to promote and send traffic.

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (including data protection laws such as GDPR).

Enrollment is subject to our approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.

Once approved, you will receive unique tracking links, postback instructions, or other technical integration details from your Affiliate Manager.

3. Your Obligations as an Affiliate

You agree to:

Send only genuine, human-generated traffic that complies with our quality standards.

Not use any form of fraudulent, incentivized, bot, spyware, malware, or artificially generated traffic.

Comply with all advertising laws, anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy), and third-party platform rules (Google, Meta, etc.).

Not engage in brand bidding, trademark infringement, or misleading advertising.

Provide accurate and complete information about your traffic sources when requested.

Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, tracking methods, or rates we share with you.

Prohibited Traffic Types (non-exhaustive list):

– Fraudulent or invalid clicks/impressions/conversions

– Traffic from adult, gambling, or other restricted verticals unless explicitly approved in writing

– Self-generated or incentivized traffic

– Traffic that violates intellectual property rights or privacy laws

– Any breach may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid revenue share.

4. Revenue Share and Payment Terms

Net Revenue = Gross revenue we actually receive from the resale/monetization of your traffic minus any refunds, chargebacks, platform fees, or third-party costs directly attributable to that traffic (as determined by us in good faith).

Payments are calculated and issued monthly, within 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which the revenue was earned, provided the minimum threshold of €500 (or equivalent) has been reached. Lower balances will roll over to the next month.

Payments are made via bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) or other mutually agreed methods. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and covering any bank/wire fees unless otherwise agreed.

All revenue-share figures are net of applicable taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes, VAT, or social security contributions due on your earnings.

We provide real-time or near real-time reporting via our platform/dashboard. Final numbers may be adjusted for fraud or discrepancies.

      5. Tracking and Reporting

We use industry-standard tracking technology. You are responsible for correctly implementing any tracking pixels, postbacks, or links we provide. Disputes regarding traffic volume or quality will be resolved based on our tracking data, which is final and binding.

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of driving approved traffic to our network. You may not modify them without written consent. All other rights remain with Shilo Star KFT.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information we share (e.g., payout rates, advertiser details, technical integrations) and not to disclose it to third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this relationship at any time with 7 days’ written notice.

We may terminate immediately if you breach any of these Terms, send prohibited traffic, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, you will receive revenue share for all valid traffic delivered up to the termination date (subject to final reconciliation). No further commissions will accrue after termination.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Program is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any minimum traffic volume, conversion rates, or earnings.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the revenue share payments actually paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your traffic sources, advertising practices, or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued participation after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop sending traffic immediately.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shilo Star KFT regarding the Program and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

By sending traffic to our network or accepting any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
